This Privacy Policy describes how Vordy collects, uses, and protects your information when you register an account or interact with our mobile application.
2. Information We Collect
We process specific data parameters necessary to provide Vordy's botanical social services:
- Account credentials: Your chosen display name, active email, and profile avatar.
- UGC Content: Photo moments, short video clips, and comments uploaded by you for public sharing inside the plant feed.
- Plant profiles: Names, botanical categories, and descriptions configured for your plants.
- Direct Messages: Text and video communication logs shared securely inside connection channels.
3. How We Use Information
We process your data to operate, maintain, and verify your account; moderate shared content to comply with UGC safety standards; deliver direct messages; and secure system transactions.
4. UGC Safety & Moderation
All shared media, photo moments, and comment entries undergo safety moderation (Pending, Approved, or Rejected status) to prevent abusive behavior, copyright infringement, or graphic material from persisting on the public feed.
5. Direct Messaging Limits
Direct communication channels open only when two participants follow each other mutually. Message logs are processed to deliver records, preserve contextual histories, and support report handlings. No end-to-end encryption is used.
6. AI Green Duet Scope
Our AI-assisted Green Duet prompts process strictly the public plant names and category details submitted by active participants. It does not parse your private messaging data, personal profile parameters, or facial photos.
7. Purchases and Wallet Coins
Vordy uses consumable Wallet Coins. All financial billing and payment processing are processed securely by Apple's App Store. Vordy never collects, stores, or processes complete credit card credentials or banking profiles.
8. In-App Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Vordy profile at any time. Opening the app and navigating to Me > Settings > Delete Account triggers the de-identification and deletion process of your personal data from our active databases.
9. Children's Privacy
Vordy is designed strictly for adults aged 18 and older. If we discover we have collected data from anyone under 18, we will remove their credentials and data immediately.
