How do I create a plant profile?
Go to your Me page inside Vordy, tap "Add Plant", and fill out your plant's name and its botanical category details.
How do I use Green Duet?
Once you are Connected with another plant lover, choose a prompt under Green Duet. You both can upload visual plant moments answering the active prompt. Optional AI assists are available using Coins.
How do Coins work?
Virtual Coins can be bought via secure Apple In-App Purchase to generate or reroll custom AI Green Duet prompts. They hold no cash value and follow Apple's standard billing structures.
What if my purchased Coins do not appear?
If a transaction is successful but Coins fail to show up in your Wallet, please contact us at verty2026@163.com with your transaction receipt. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly.
How do I report or block someone?
To report or block offensive content, tap the options menu on the individual post or profile and select Block or Report. Reported items are moderated instantly.
How do I delete my Vordy account?
You can delete your account permanently and irreversibly directly inside our app without administrative delays:
- Open Vordy
- Go to Me
- Open Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the prompt.
