1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Vordy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. By using the app, you warrant that you satisfy this minimum age requirement.

3. User-Generated Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the plant profile data, comments, photo moments, and video moments you post on Vordy. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and show your uploads internally to other users.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to upload shared content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, abusive, dangerous, or fraudulent. We reserve the right to remove any violating posts instantly.

5. Safety, Reporting, and Blocking

Users can report offensive content, accounts, or messages, and block other profiles instantly inside the application to preserve their safety. Reported items undergo moderation review.

6. Virtual Coins and In-App Purchases

Vordy uses virtual Coins. These coins represent digital utility tokens, have no real currency equivalent, and are non-redeemable for cash. Coins are utilized exclusively for optional AI-enhanced Green Duet prompt creations and prompt rerolls.

7. Payment Handling & Refund Rules

Coin purchases are executed using secure Apple In-App Purchase. All payments and transactional refunds are handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple's standard App Store policies.

8. Account Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our guidelines, acceptable use parameters, or legal policies, without warning.

9. Account Deletion

Users are free to delete their account at any time. This can be triggered directly inside Vordy by going to Me > Settings > Delete Account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vordy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or emotional damages resulting from interactions with other community participants.
